The O2 simulators that were requested by members for OBDI and OBDII test-pipe applications have finally reached production. Unlike, most O2 sims on the web that use a 555 timer, this sim utilizes a RISC processor to exactly simulate the oxygen sensor outputs from the catalytic converter. CEL-free guaranteed! The Sim computes various vehicle sensor parameters in real-time to mimic the oxygen sensor outputs. No more check engine light for test pipe equipped vehicles!







The O2 Sims were initially going to cost $30 a piece, but I've lowered them to $25 a piece. So that's $25 + shipping per O2 Sim.
The O2 Sim includes an installation manual for OBDII:

Where does this unit "tap in" at? At the ECU? Does this unit even require the 2nd O2 to be installed somewhere in the exhaust system?

For members wondering how much test pipes cost go to Ebay. The test pipes from Ebay are pretty cheap and resonated for $30!

All the wires are tap-in from the ECU except the RPM blue-silver wire which is tapped to the tach signal located near the pop-rod. Thanks for the compliments.
